Kiss Me Eyeliner is specially formulated and will not smudge or run. This unique water-resistant formulation creates a dramatic look that will not run or smudge. It is easily removed without the use of makeup remover.

Directions Apply using the ultra-fine brush and allow 2 minutes to set. To remove, wet the area thoroughly with warm water and apply gentle pressure. KissMe liquid eyeliner will then slide off effortlessly with out leaving any residue.
